Ben Ward

Ben Ward is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Blackhawk Network since May 2024, Ben has previously held significant positions such as Senior Software Development Engineer at Tango Card, Inc. and Partner Reliability Engineer at Google. With a strong background in developing automated testing frameworks for Multi-Function Laser Printer Firmware at both HP and Adecco Technical, Ben also co-owned Synergy Software Group, LLC, where various client websites and tools were created. An educator at Idaho State University, Ben taught courses in programming and systems analysis while managing IT systems for the college. Ben holds a degree in Information Technology with a focus on Software Development from Western Governors University.
