Christian Howald

Christian Howald has over 20 years of experience in tax management and consulting. Christian started their career as a Tax Manager at Hein & Associates in 2001 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Tax Manager at Deloitte. Christian then joined EY as a Senior Tax Manager from 2008 to 2012. Christian worked at PwC as a Tax Director from 2012 to 2020. Christian'smost recent position is with Blackhawk Network, where they served as a Senior Director - Tax Management from 2020 to 2022, and currently holds the title of VP, Global Tax.

Christian Howald has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Harding University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Christian then pursued further education at the University of Houston, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from 1998 to 2001. Lastly, they attended the University of Houston Law Center from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
