Cody McCrary

Cody McCrary is an experienced professional with a strong background in client services and operations management. As the Director of Client Services at Blackhawk Network since March 2018, Cody has been instrumental in enhancing client satisfaction and managing a team of Account Managers and Specialists. Prior to this role, Cody served as Sr. Operations Manager at Anderson Merchandisers from February 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing scheduling for field representatives and overseeing multiple merchandising projects across North America. Earlier experiences include roles at Mosaic Sales Solutions, Gaylord Entertainment, and MedCare Ambulance Services, which provided a foundation in operations, customer service, and emergency medical response. Cody holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Studies from Dallas Baptist University, obtained in May 2009.
