Jian Yang

Jian Yang is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Site Reliability Engineering at Blackhawk Network since May 2019, Jian Yang oversees global observability across applications, databases, and infrastructure, while leading the design and implementation of predictive monitoring systems. Previously, Jian Yang contributed to SAP in various roles from 2010 to 2019, achieving significant improvements in HaaS development, cloud deployments, and telemetry platforms. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Software Engineer at Sybase and as Senior Application Development Specialist at Verizon, showcasing expertise across a range of programming languages and technologies.
