Michelle Quejado

Michelle Quejado has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Michelle started their career as an Auditor at the Defense Contract Audit Agency in 1989 and worked there until 1999. Michelle then joined Lam Research as a Manager of Corporate Accounting and later held roles as Sr. Finance Manager, Director of Assistant Corporate Controller, Sr. Director of the Etch Business Unit Controller, and Sr. Director of Finance Integration. At Lam Research, they were responsible for various financial and accounting functions, including integrating accounting and control structures after a merger and providing financial advice and forecasts to senior management. In 2015, Michelle joined Zynga as VP Finance, where they eventually became the VP, Interim CFO, and Chief Accounting Officer. During their time there, they led the budgeting process and established the annual plan, played a key role in streamlining accounting processes, and maintained strong internal controls. In 2017, they joined Cadence Design Systems as Corporate VP, Corporate Controller, and eventually moved on to become VP, Global Controller at Blackhawk Network in 2018.

Michelle Quejado obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern Oregon University from 1985 to 1989. Michelle also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant in California.
