Currently, Stephen serves as Executive Sales at Blackhawk Specialty Tools since July 2015, while also leading the GoM Service Tools team at Halliburton since April 2014. Previous roles include Senior Technical Advisor at Halliburton Energy Services, Global Technical Advisor at Wellbore Energy Solutions prior to its acquisition by Halliburton, and Regional Manager at MI SWACO, overseeing sales and technical staff. Stephen's career began at SPS International as a Senior Technical Advisor and Service Manager, where responsibilities included training offshore personnel. Stephen's education includes studies in Electronic Technology at United Electronic Institute from 1972 to 1974.
