Viral

Viral is the current Chief Technical Officer at Park and Walk, a position they have held since November of 2018. Prior to their current role, they worked as a QA Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2017 to October 2018. In their previous role as QA Project Manager at New York Life Insurance Company, Viral was responsible for defining and implementing a QA strategy for a new Microservices Cloud solution. Viral also used their experience with Agile to train and define a new model for the existing QA team. As QA Lead, Viral's responsibilities included creating workflow/test design diagrams, conducting Sprint demos, and attending PI planning sessions. Viral also implemented QA practice rigor by creating documentation for important deliverables, securing signatures from project sponsors, and creating a map between test cases and requirements to ensure maximum coverage. In addition, Viral partnered with upstream and downstream teams to plan tests and conduct Triage calls. Viral also used ALM to track, execute, and manage test deliverables.

Viral has a BA in Physics from Rutgers University.

Viral reports to Jeremy Blackburn, CEO. They work with Justin Southward - Chief Product Officer, TBD - COO, and TBD - CFO.
