Established in 2004 by Provident Realty Advisors to meet a need for high quality, cost-effective construction services.

Our new name is rooted in place- literally. Many of our projects are built in the Blackland Prairie, a rich and distinct region known for its unique topography. This deep connection to the land grounds our identity and expertise.

With more than 18,000 units completed over the past 21 years, and a large percentage of repeat clients, Backland Partners has built a strong reputation for successfully working alongside multifamily developers.
