Ela Pawlak is currently the Lead Partnerships Manager at Blacklane, responsible for the rollout of strategic partnerships and collaborating across teams. Previously, Ela worked at Accenture as a Service Delivery Team Lead and SaaS Training Specialist, managing teams and conducting training sessions. With experience in customer support, recruitment, and information technologies, Ela has a strong background in various fields. Ela holds a Master 2 degree in Information Technologies and Communication from Aix-Marseille University and a Master 2 degree in International Relations and Mass Media from Université de Lodz.
