James Dow

James Dow is an accomplished professional currently serving as the General Manager for the UK and Ireland and Head of Market Management for EMEA at Blacklane since September 2022. In this capacity, James manages chauffeur and limousine availability across the region while overseeing a local implementation team. Prior to Blacklane, James held various leadership roles at FREE NOW from August 2018 to September 2022, including Head of UK Regional Operations and Senior Special Projects Manager. Additionally, James has experience with Hilti Great Britain, Merrill Corporation, and Peters Yard, where roles ranged from Account Manager to Transcription Team Leader. An alumnus of the University of Leeds, James holds a BA in Asia Pacific Studies and Management.
