Claire Shenton

Claire Shenton is a HR Consultant at Blacklight Advisory. Prior to their current role, they were the People Director at GG Hospitality & Tom Kerridge Restaurants from October 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they were a member of the executive team and delivered HR leadership on a retained basis. Claire has also held the role of People Director, Bupa UK Care Services, where they were responsible for leading a large HR function and delivering a comprehensive people service to 20,000 nurses and care workers across 150 Bupa Care Homes. Other previous roles include Head of Employee Relations and M&A, UK People at Bupa from November 2014 to March 2018, Head of Performance and Head of ER at BT from October 2008 to November 2014, and Head of HR at T-Mobile UK from June 2004 to February 2008.

Claire Shenton has a Bachelor of Science from The Open University and a Master of Arts from The Manchester Metropolitan University, both in the field of HR Management.
