Jack Pijl

Jack Pijl had over 15 years of global working experience in the industry in a senior management capacity in different sectors. Jack led large, multi-jurisdictional teams and understand the leadership challenges associated with those roles. Over this time, Jack gained tremendous knowledge of work-related issues from stress, and performance anxiety to leadership issues and team development.

Jack offers group facilitation, and organization development with a focus on leadership development, change management, and executive coaching. As lead of the systemic coaching offering, Jack has the pleasure to work with the global coaching panel made up of highly experienced and talented coaches. The coaching work he does range from individual, pair, and group to team coaching.

Jack holds an MSc in Psychotherapy and he is a Certified Transactional Analyst, accredited by the UKCP and a member of the BACP Coaching division. Jack is a psychotherapist in private practice and examiner in the MSc program at Metanoia Institute in London.
