Elaine Jin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations, including BlackLine, Paidy, Moneytree, and EY. Currently, as a Senior Solution Consultant at BlackLine since September 2025, Elaine applies expertise to enhance client financial solutions. Previous positions include Senior Manager at Paidy and Finance Manager at Moneytree, along with a significant tenure at EY, where managerial roles encompassed accounting policy conversion, post-merger integration, and IFRS conversion projects. Elaine began a career in accounting with Tabor Manor Senior Home and BDO Canada, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting practices, forensic analysis, and client relations. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies in Finance and Accounting from Western University.
