Laura Contreras

Laura Contreras is an experienced professional with a strong background in project leadership and software development. Currently serving as Project Lead Development at BlackLine since December 2021, Laura previously worked at Softtek from August 2015 to April 2022 as a Site Reliability Engineer and Project Leader, where responsibilities included automating manual tasks to reduce team TOIL and managing production support operations. Prior to that, Laura gained experience as a Software Developer at Technosoft Corporation and held various roles at Softtek, including Project Leader and Java Developer. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from ITESM and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Fundación Universidad de las Américas Puebla.
