Matt Watts

Matt Watts is an experienced professional in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), currently serving as the Director of GRC at BlackLine since October 2020, following the acquisition of Rimilia. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Head of Risk and Assurance at Rimilia, where responsibilities included managing ISO certifications, developing information security and quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and HIPAA regulations. Matt's earlier experience includes roles at Xoserve, where internal audit and ISO certification efforts were key focuses, and in the accountancy sector at Clement Keys Chartered Accountants LLP and BDO UK LLP, primarily in auditing and pension management.
