Mike Polaha

Mike Polaha is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial operations and technology initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Global Managing Director of Financial Close Solutions at BlackLine since October 2021, Mike is responsible for driving line of business performance and product innovation. Prior to this role, Mike was the Senior Vice President of Finance Solutions and Technology at Johnson & Johnson from January 2005 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing global finance strategies, managing large teams, and implementing advanced financial technologies. Mike's earlier positions at Johnson & Johnson involved strategic finance architecture and transformation, as well as integration of finance initiatives across various functions. Additional experience includes a Senior Manager role at BearingPoint Consulting and finance roles at B. Braun Medical. Mike holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, both from Lehigh University.
