Parag Gupta

Parag Gupta is a seasoned professional in Performance Engineering with extensive experience across multiple prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Engineering at BlackLine since October 2021, Parag previously held the position of Associate Director - Resiliency & Performance Engineering at AT&T, where responsibilities included implementing proactive resiliency practices and leading impactful technical assessments. Prior to that, Parag worked at DIRECTV as a Principal Analyst II, managing performance engineering for various applications, and contributed to establishing testing best practices as a Sr. Performance Testing Consultant. Parag's career began at HP as a Software Test Engineer, where performance test strategies were developed for client applications. Parag holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Gujarat University.
