Paul Hennessy

Paul Hennessy is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in strategic hiring across EMEA, APAC, and India. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at BlackLine, Paul leads talent initiatives for multiple regions. Prior to this, Paul was a core member of the RL100, a leading network for strategic in-house resourcing leaders, and held notable positions at Coupa Software, where growth expanded from 850 to over 3000 employees during tenure. Previous roles include Global Head of Talent at Alfresco and Independent Technical Recruiter/Director at Unite Sources & Solutions Ltd, showcasing a strong ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams and establish effective hiring strategies. Paul holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Winchester.
