Teresa Platt

Teresa Platt is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and implementation consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of the Center of Excellence - Services at BlackLine since June 2010, Teresa focuses on tailoring solutions for customers to enhance the financial close cycle and has been instrumental in designing efficient implementation processes. Prior to BlackLine, Teresa held several prominent positions, including Director of Accounting at the Associated Press, where oversight encompassed accounting practices for over 15 companies globally, and Assistant Controller for North America at McCann Erickson, managing corporate balance sheet closings. Additional experience includes roles such as Director of eCommerce at Univision and Director of Finance at The Home Shopping Network. Teresa holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University.
