Thomas Unterman

Tom has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2010. Mr. Unterman formed Rustic Canyon Partners, a venture capital firm, in 1999 and continues to be a partner, serving on boards of directors of several of the firm’s portfolio companies. From August 1992 to December 1999, Tom was an executive of The Times Mirror Company, with his last position being Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer. He is currently a director of several non-profit organizations; UCLA Technology Development Corp, The Los Angeles Mayor’s Fund, The Youth Policy Institute and three national civil rights organizations. He holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Princeton University.
