Yelena Kaplun

Yelena Kaplun is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and systems architecture. Currently serving as Team Lead and Staff Software Engineer at BlackLine since July 2016, Yelena specializes in leadership, solution architecture, and product ownership within a Financial Closure SaaS suite. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer and Systems Architect at Universal Music Group, along with consulting positions at Hallmark Channel and City National Bank, where Yelena contributed to the development and support of various banking operations projects. Having initially worked as a Program Manager and Lead Software Developer at Universal Music Group, Yelena coordinated multiple IT projects and spearheaded the development of business applications. Earlier experience also includes system analysis at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Yelena holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Odessa National Polytechnic University.
