Andy Siers is a Senior QA Automation & Infrastructure Engineer at Blackmagic Design since April 2017, specializing in the conceptualization, design, and maintenance of distributed test environments, as well as the development and execution of automated testing scripts using Python and pytest. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Broadcast & IT Engineer and Broadcast & IT Technician Trainee at Network Ten, where responsibilities encompassed managing broadcast IP-based server infrastructure and configuring enterprise network hardware. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Network Engineering (Honours), an Associate Degree in Network Engineering, and a Diploma of Audiovisual Technology, all obtained from RMIT University between 2008 and 2018.
