Tor Johansen

Tor Johansen is a seasoned professional in the cinematography and photography fields, currently serving as the Lead Cinematography Product Specialist at Blackmagic Design since June 2014. As a freelance director and director of photography under TorPhoto since May 1995, Tor Johansen has extensive experience in shooting and directing videos, as well as commercial photography. Previous roles include Writer and Reviewer for POST Magazine from January 2000 to September 2011 and Broadcast Manager for the City of Glendale's GTV6 from November 1997 to July 2011, where responsibilities included managing a cable station. Tor Johansen holds an MFA in Broadcast Cinema from ArtCenter College of Design (2011-2013) and a BFA in Film/Photography from Ithaca College (1991-1995).
