Garland was appointed SVP of Customer Experience and Canada in 2021. He is responsible for overseeing Canadian operations and ensuring strong alignment between the Digital Commerce organization and their business in the US. Garland joined the organization as a Trainee in July 1996 and has held several progressive roles over his 25-year career with Ferguson. This has included inside and outside sales, Branch and Area Manager, General Manager, District Manager, VP Residential Trade, and most recently VP of Customer Experience and Canada in 2020.
