Kelly spent over 20 years with General Mills Inc., in a variety of roles including Vice President (“VP”) of HR US Retail and Marketing, VP of HR Corporate Groups and VP of Diversity and Inclusion. Between 2016 and 2017, Kelly served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Patterson Companies Inc. Kelly also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Pentair plc from 2017 to 2021.
