Hayden Stokes

Hayden Stokes has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Hayden started their career in 2008 as an Accounting and Finance Recruitment Consultant at H2R Consulting. Hayden then worked at Robert Walters as a Senior Consultant in various roles, including Marketing and Accounting and Finance. Hayden also served as a Committee Member in several professional organizations, such as the Public Sector Accountants Special Interest Group of NZICA and the Capital CFO Special Interest Group. In 2015, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist for Unilever, focusing on Marketing, Communications, and Customer Development roles. Hayden joined Diageo in 2016 as a Talent Engagement Specialist and later became a Talent Engagement Manager, overseeing Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and South East Asia. Hayden joined Lion in 2017 as a Talent Resourcing Specialist before returning to Diageo as a Talent Engagement Manager. Hayden currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Blackmores Group.
