James Grant

James Grant has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. James currently holds the position of Engineering Continuous Improvement and Strategy Director at Blackmores Group since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Warriewood Operations at Blackmores Group from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Blackmores, James worked at AstraZeneca from 2013 to 2020, where they held various roles including Engineering Services Lead, Packaging Manager, and Production Manager. James also gained valuable experience at iNova Pharmaceuticals as a Production and Engineering Manager, Engineering and Facility Manager, and Senior Process/Project Engineer. In addition, James worked as a Process Operations Engineer at BOC Gases and as a Chemical Engineer at Jurox.

James Grant completed their undergraduate education at the University of Newcastle from 1990 to 1996, earning a degree in Chemical Engineering. In 2002, they attended the University of Technology Sydney, where they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Management.
