Kate Mirow has extensive work experience in the field of regulatory affairs and product development. Kate started their career as a Lecturer at ACNT-Australasian College Of Natural Therapies Pty Ltd, where they taught various subjects related to nutrition and natural therapies. During their time there, they independently developed and wrote two distance education modules.

After their role as a Lecturer, Kate worked as a Professional Technical Writer at Blackmores Group, where they were responsible for creating technical content. Kate then joined Yourhealth as a Clinical Naturopath & Nutritionist, where they worked closely with medical doctors and other health practitioners to provide integrative medical care to patients.

Kate also gained experience as a Naturopathic journalist at Wellbeing Magazine, where they wrote health articles and contributed to the publication. Kate had a strong track record of delivering high-quality content on time.

In 2013, Kate joined PharmaCare Laboratories and served as a Medical Marketing Associate and later as a Brand Manager for Nature's Way Kids Smart. In these roles, they were responsible for claims development, identifying new product development opportunities, managing supplier transitions, and developing marketing materials.

In 2017, Kate joined Healthcare Product Specialists as a Regulatory and New Product Development Specialist, where they focused on regulatory compliance and new product development. Currently, they work at Blackmores Group as the Head of Regulatory & Technical Affairs, leading a team in managing global innovation compliance, negotiating regulatory approvals, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies.

Kate Mirow has a diverse education history. Kate has completed the CRA 1 – Essential GCP training for new CRAs program at ARCS Australia Ltd. Additionally, they earned an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy (Nutrition & Botanical Medicine) from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies. Kate also completed a course on Regulations for advertising of Australian Listed medicines at CHP Australia. Furthermore, they obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Marketing from Charles Sturt University. Kate Mirow also holds a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of New England (AU) and a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) from the University of Wollongong.
