Shay Thomson

Shay Thomson has extensive work experience in demand planning and supply chain management. Shay currently holds the position of Group Head of Demand at Blackmores Group since November 2021. Prior to that, Shay worked at Lion, where they held various roles including Senior Commercial Manager - Demand Planning, Demand Planning Leader - IBP NextGen Demand SME, Senior Demand Planner - ICT and IBP Lead, and Senior Demand Planner - Commercial. Shay'stenure at Lion lasted from 2016 to 2021. Before joining Lion, Shay worked at Unilever as an ANZ Supply Chain Business Partner for Unilever Foodsolutions and as a Senior Demand Planner. Shay was also a Demand Planner at Kellogg Company and PepsiCo. Shay started their career as an Operational Analyst at Coles Myer Ltd and later became a National Account Manager at Gillette.

Shay Thomson attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2001 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a degree in Bachelor of Business, with a specialization in Marketing.
