Warren Mackay-Smith has extensive work experience in digital marketing, commerce, and insights. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Digital Marketing, Commerce, and Insights at Blackmores Group. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Deloitte Digital Australia. Before joining Deloitte, they worked at Unilever in various roles, including Global Director of Data-Driven Marketing, Global Director of eCommerce, Retail Loyalty & Shopper Insight Manager, Shopper Insights Manager, National Account Manager, Trade Category Manager, Category Operations Manager, and Sales Business Analyst.
Warren Mackay-Smith completed their education at the University of Sydney from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained an Honours degree in Econometrics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Their field of study focused on economics and statistics. In terms of additional certifications, in July 2017, they completed a course in Machine Learning through Stanford University on Coursera. In January 2017, they also obtained a certification in "INSEAD: Strategy in the Age of Digital Distruption" from CVTrust. Additionally, in August 2020, Warren Mackay-Smith obtained an Adobe Qualified certification in Adobe Experience Platform.
