Abhishek Srivastava

Abhishek Srivastava has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Abhishek most recently worked at blackNgreen as the General Manager - Account Management, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Paytm from February 2019 to February 2021 as a National Account Manager. In this role, Abhishek was responsible for managing Pay+ Digital Mobile Wallet, implementing new ideas for user retention and increasing wallet usage, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Before joining Paytm, Abhishek served as the Asst. General Manager - Account Management at BlackNGreen from July 2016 to February 2019. Here, their responsibilities included managing business operations for ADCOM and deploying the hardware for the Magic Voice Service.

Abhishek also worked at U2opia Mobile as the Regional Manager - Account Management from September 2014 to July 2016. At OnMobile Global Ltd., they held the position of Business Manager - VAS Services from October 2013 to September 2014, where they handled non-RBT business for IDEA and was responsible for revenue generation and client servicing.

Prior to that, Abhishek worked at Reliance Communications Ltd. from August 2011 to September 2013 as the Manager - VAS. Here, their role involved coordinating with Reliance Circle VAS managers, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating new services for the VAS teams.

Abhishek's earlier experiences include roles at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. as the Sr. Manager - IVR Services and Manager - IVR Services from November 2008 to August 2011. Abhishek was responsible for generating revenue for the IVR business, analyzing portals and competitive mapping, and customizing and integrating content.

Before that, Abhishek worked at Nazara Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Marketing Executive - Bulk SMS Service from June 2007 to November 2008, and at Infomedia India Ltd. as a Sales Executive from January 2007 to June 2007.

Abhishek Srivastava's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Allahabad, which was completed from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing & Retail from the Institute of Business Studies & Research, from 2005 to 2007.
