Andy Burner

Andy Burner is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Blackpoint Cyber and previously held the same title at CARET. Andy also has been involved with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise as the Honorary Consul in Colorado. Andy's extensive background includes leadership roles at Xero, where Andy was the Chief Operating Officer for the Americas and a Vice President of both People and Business Operations, as well as the General Manager of Global People Operations. Currently, Andy is a Leadership Council Member at Kiva. Andy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Massey University and is engaged in further education with the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
