Ian Mills

Ian Mills has extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors, currently serving as the HE Assistant Academic Registrar and Programme Leader at Blackpool and The Fylde College since September 2002, where responsibilities include teaching and managing the Hospitality & Events Management and Tourism Management programmes. Additionally, Ian has operated a mobile wood-fired pizza company, Dough Boy Pizza, since January 2015. Previously held roles include External Examiner for multiple institutions, assessing hospitality degree programmes, and management positions within the De Vere Group and Bass Leisure Retail. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Hospitality and Events Management from the University of Central Lancashire, a Post Graduate Certificate in International Hospitality Management from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management from Lancaster University.
