Ayisha Saul is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global HR business partnership roles across leading financial institutions. Currently, Ayisha serves as Managing Director, Global HR Business Partner for Aladdin at BlackRock, a position held since October 2018, following previous roles within the company including Director positions in BlackRock Solutions and Technology & Operations. Prior to BlackRock, Ayisha was Senior Vice President at Neuberger Berman and held various HR business partner roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Goldman Sachs.
