Ben Landress

Ben Landress is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President - Business Manager at BlackRock since October 2024, Ben has previously held positions at Pallas Advisors and Xiphos Solutions LLC, where responsibilities included assisting dual-use tech companies with Department of Defense navigation and providing strategic planning solutions. Ben's military background features roles in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as an Intelligence Officer and various leadership positions in the United States Marine Corps, including Intelligence Planner and Ground Intelligence Officer. Ben also contributed to public policy research at The Wharton School while earning a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
