Benjamin Weir

Benjamin Weir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the finance and audit sectors. Currently serving as Director in the BlackRock Transformation Office, Benjamin has held various roles at BlackRock since March 2013, including Vice President positions in both the Transformation Office and Internal Audit. Prior to BlackRock, Benjamin was a Vice President in Capital Markets Internal Audit at Morgan Stanley from July 2005 to March 2013 and a Senior Associate in Business Risk Services at Ernst & Young from September 2001 to July 2005. Additionally, Benjamin contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University from January 2016 to May 2017, teaching a course on Internal Reporting & Control. Benjamin holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Management with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Binghamton University.
