Beth Brown

Beth Brown is a dynamic and results-driven executive leader currently serving as the Vice President of Global Employee Relations Operations at BlackRock. With a proven track record in Global HR Operations, Beth has demonstrated expertise in managing high-risk scenarios, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Prior to their role at BlackRock, Beth worked as a Principal Consultant at Collaborative Solutions, LLC, and held positions within HR operations at Sallie Mae and Ashland. Beth is also pursuing an MS degree from Wilmington College and has completed a training program with Workday.
