Dana Harlan Baldwin

Dana Harlan Baldwin is a Managing Director at BlackRock, overseeing Product Strategy for Infrastructure and Real Estate Debt since 2007. In addition to this role, Dana leads the Women's Initiative Network (WIN) in EMEA, focusing on development and learning programs while engaging with senior leaders. Previously, Dana held positions as Director of Product Strategy for Real Assets Debt and Client Strategist for Transition Management, specializing in business development and customized solutions for institutional clients. Dana has also been active as an angel investor in various startups, including Alma Angels, Phantom Space, and YHANGRY since 2021. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business with minors in Economics and Communications from the University of Oregon and a Finance degree from the Lundquist College of Business.
