Dave Curry

Dave Curry is the Americas Real Estate Lead at BlackRock, Inc., bringing over 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a strong focus on leasing and general management. Currently, they oversee BlackRock's leases in North and South America and have a proven track record in complex lease negotiations and construction management. Previous roles include Leasing Director for Monarch Centre and General Manager for notable properties in Atlanta. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from Clemson University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. In their personal pursuits, they enjoy world travel and have completed over 50 marathons and four Ironman Triathlons.
