Emily Clark

Emily Clark currently serves as Vice President and Global Head of Talent and COO for Green Package and Analytics at BlackRock, a position held since May 2022. Additionally, Emily acts as the Global Talent Lead for Aladdin Data. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Consultant in Talent Management at CARROLL from September 2021 to May 2022, as well as Operations and HR Administrator at Avantor from August 2019 to June 2021. Earlier career experience includes a Team Lead position at Lonza from May 2015 to August 2019. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Tennessee State University (2015-2019).
