Emma Millar is currently the Global Corporate Sustainability Controller at BlackRock, a position Emma has held since 2023. Emma has been a member of the IFRS Advisory Council since 2020. Emma's previous experience includes roles as Managing Director of Global Corporate Sustainability Controller at BlackRock from 2014 to 2025, and Manager of Financial Reporting at Lloyds Banking Group from 2006 to 2010. They hold a first-class honors degree in Accountancy from The University of Glasgow and are a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland.
