Florent Tual is a seasoned data protection professional currently serving as the Vice President of Data Privacy at BlackRock. With extensive experience in data privacy and compliance, they previously held leadership roles at Preqin and CPA Global, where they guided organizations through complex regulatory landscapes, including GDPR and CCPA. Earlier in their career, Florent managed humanitarian projects with SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL and developed the Data Protection function at Medivet. They earned a Master's degree in International Relations from The University of Sheffield.
