Giancarlo Papetti

Giancarlo Papetti is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in relationship management and investment systems. As the Director and Head of Aladdin Client Engagement for Italy at BlackRock since September 2020, Giancarlo has successfully managed the rollout of the Aladdin platform across multiple locations. Prior to that, Giancarlo served as a Global Relationship Manager at Pioneer Investments, where engagement with the BlackRock Solution relationship and Aladdin product strategy was pivotal. Giancarlo has also held roles as a Global System Strategist and Investment System Strategist at Pioneer Investments, overseeing application strategy and front office platforms. Previous experience includes positions at Amundi and Unicredit, where Giancarlo specialized in equity fund management and wealth management. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School and a degree in Economic and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
