Gregoire Staub is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic transformation within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg at BlackRock since September 2012, Gregoire Staub is responsible for overseeing effective operations across the region. Previous roles at BlackRock include Director of Strategy & Innovation and Director/Program Manager within BlackRock Solutions, where Gregoire Staub focused on enterprise-level transformation and client account management. Prior to joining BlackRock, Gregoire Staub held positions at J.P. Morgan, including Project Manager and Business Analyst, and at Crédit Agricole CIB, where notable achievements included the integration of payment systems across multiple European branches. Gregoire Staub holds a Master of Science in Computer Banking Systems from ESME and a Baccalaureat in Mathematics & Special Mathematics from Lycée Victor Duruy.
