Jay Liang

Jay Liang has extensive experience in asset management, currently serving as Director at BlackRock since September 2000. In this role, Jay leads the High Scale Multi-Asset and Model Delivery within BlackRock’s SMA Solution Active Business, overseeing multi-asset separate account portfolio implementations and managed model deliveries. Previously, Jay was the Core PM SMA Team Lead and held various positions, including Vice President and Associate Portfolio Manager, focusing on Large Cap Core/Value/Socially Responsible Equity portfolios. Prior to BlackRock, Jay worked as an Orientative Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch. Jay holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Economics from UC San Diego.
