Jennifer O'Neil

Jennifer O'Neil is an accomplished legal and corporate strategy professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and transactions. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Strategy and Managing Director at BlackRock since October 2015, O'Neil has also held the position of Deputy Global Head of Transactions and Investments in the Legal department. Prior to BlackRock, O'Neil worked as In-House Counsel at Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. from July 2014 to September 2015. O'Neil began her career as an Associate at Jones Day, focusing on Business Restructuring & Reorganization from October 2007 to June 2014. O'Neil holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Biology from the University of Washington.
