Jesse Weidenfeld

Jesse Weidenfeld is an experienced professional in the finance and client services sectors, currently serving as the Head of Early Career Learning & Development at BlackRock since February 2008. In previous roles at BlackRock, Jesse held positions including Vice President of Aladdin Client Services, where leadership of the West Coast ACS team involved focusing on customer-centric, data-driven initiatives, and Vice President of Client Service Experience Management, concentrating on operational oversight and client experience enhancement. Jesse also worked as an Associate/Vice President in Product Management, leading product initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams. Prior to BlackRock, Jesse was an Analyst at Quellos Group, LLC from February 2005 to February 2008, responsible for communication with clients and prospects. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from San Diego State University.
