John Wang

John (Xiaojing) Wang, PhD, CFA, currently serves as Director and Head of Multi-Asset Strategies and Solutions at BlackRock Fund Management China, where the focus is on building BlackRock’s multi-asset capabilities in the region. With a tenure at BlackRock since 2010, John has held several key positions, including Director in Model Portfolio Solutions and VP in Multi Asset Strategy. Previous experience includes a role as a contractor for the BlackRock Investment Institute and a summer analyst position at Citi. Academically, John holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary: Electronic Engineering & Maths from Queen Mary University of London, an MPhil in Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham, and a BEng in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
