Jorge Galvez

Jorge Galvez currently serves as Managing Director of Business Improvement for the Global Institutional Partners (GIP) division at BlackRock since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jorge accumulated extensive experience at LATAM Airlines from September 2007 to March 2025, progressing through various leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Marketing and Development, Vice President of Innovation and Transformation, and several director-level roles focusing on network planning and economics within LATAM Cargo. Jorge holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University (2003-2007).
