Kirsty King

Kirsty King is a seasoned professional in corporate communications with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director for Corporate Communications EMEA at BlackRock since October 2019, Kirsty previously held the position of Director in the same department. Prior to BlackRock, Kirsty was the Head of External Communications at O2 (Telefónica UK) from September 2018 to September 2019. A significant portion of Kirsty's career was spent at Diageo, where roles included Corporate PR Director, Head of Financial Communications, and Senior Corporate Relations Manager for Financial Communications, from May 2011 to September 2018. Earlier career experience includes Associate Partner at Finsbury and Account Co-ordinator at Leo Burnett. Kirsty holds a BA Joint Hons in Economics and Politics from Durham University, completed in 2001, and attended St Leonards from 1991 to 1998.
